Service Description

Enjoy a thoughtfully guided watercolor painting experience tailored for private group. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply gathering with friends or colleagues, this painting party event offers a creative and memorable way to connect. All materials are provided, and no prior painting experience is necessary. Em will come to you and lead your group step-by-step through a unique watercolor project chosen by you from Em's portfolio of project options. From pretty blooms to playful birds and peaceful ships, there is something for every event. Perfect for birthdays, bridal or baby showers, team-building events, or elegant social gatherings. This activity is suitable for children 10 and up. What to Expect: • A phone consultation to plan the details of your event—timing, location, and overall experience • Em will arrive at your chosen location one hour before the scheduled start time to set up all materials • Guests will enjoy a fully guided, hands-on watercolor workshop led by a professional • The session lasts 60 to 90 minutes, with a 10-minute break midway through • Afterward, Em will handle all clean-up—no mess left behind What You’ll Need to Provide: • Tables and seating for your guests • Access to a sink • Access to a power outlet • Access to an outdoor trash can For larger groups (10+), a television or projector may be used to help guests see the demonstration more clearly. Em can bring her own if one isn’t available—this will be discussed during your consultation. What’s Included: • Professional instruction • All painting materials (paints, brushes, paper, palettes) • Set-up and clean-up at your chosen location • A finished piece for each guest to take home Create something beautiful together—and make it an event to remember.


Cancellation Policy

By booking a workshop, the client agrees to these policies: 1. Deposit & Payment A non-refundable deposit of $380 is required to reserve your date. Remaining balance is due on day of the event. Payment methods accepted: credit card and PayPal via online booking service or invoice 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance may be rescheduled, subject to availability. Cancellations made within 1 days of the event are non-refundable. In the case of illness or emergency, please contact Em directly to discuss options. 3. Travel Fee Events beyond a 25-mile radius of Crofton, MD may incur a travel fee (quoted during consultation). 4. Minimum & Maximum Group Size Private parties must have at least 4 confirmed participants. Maximum group size: 30 (larger events may be discussed during your consultation). 5. Setup Requirements Host must provide tables, seating, access to a sink, a power outlet, and a trash can. For groups of 10+, a TV or projector may be helpful; Em can bring one if needed. TV or projector provided must have at least one HDMI port. 6. Liability While every effort will be made to protect your space, Em is not responsible for damage to furniture, clothing, or property during the workshop. 7. Weather (if outdoors) If your event is outdoors, a backup indoor location or rescheduling plan is recommended in case of inclement weather.
